I'm excited to announce that we've finally released our first bundle!  It's a topic near and dear to my heart - covering health, fitness, and wellness. 

We all know good health and wellness is important if you want to live your Best Life - however, if we're honest, sometimes we let it slip a bit (me included). If you're like me, and are perhaps not a focused on it as you could be (eg. wishing you could do a little more, to have a bit more energy, eat a little bit better, and do a little more exercise), this is for you! (And me! ☺️)  Especially if you feel you don't have the time (or energy) to do anything about it.  

Uplifting Your Values, and Your Health

That's why my first release for purchase (I have a free course The Values Code: Unlocking Your Best Self) relates to health, fitness, and wellness - and how to incorporate more of these aspects into your life, even with a busy life and schedule. As everyone likes to learn differently, and everyone has different needs and timetables, I've created a bundle which has ebooks, meditations, a health journal, affirmations, and mindfulness colouring pages. You can choose what works best for you, and your schedule. (For example, some people might like to read the ebooks while waiting for kids, others might like to listen to meditations on the bus or train to work or before bed, and the colouring pages are great before bed - or even at lunch-time, as a great relaxing mindfulness mini-break. You could focus on stress release, and mindfulness.  Or diet and health.  Or fitness or fun.  It's entirely up to you, and your own needs and desires.  I've also included tips and suggestions on how to get more fun and laughter into your life.
