 💜 How long does it take?  10 minutes a day can help you increase your awareness around exactly what causes you stress (including smaller stressors which you may not be consciously aware of), why they're causing you stress (eg. brings up memories, or feels inconsiderate), and to consider potential ways to reduce your stress levels (eg. you go elsewhere, talk to them, or reframe your understanding of what it is - instead of 'they are so noisy!' think 'wow, they are so happy right now!'). Â
💜  How does it help me?  You understand yourself better, and discover your stress points, and beliefs - once you have this awareness, you can then consider various options to reduce your stress response. Â
💜 Where do I start?  You can work your way through the journal from the beginning to end, or you could start with the prompts that address your main areas of concern. Or you might like to kick-start your journey with one of the challenges. You have the freedom to choose where to start! (And if that's too hard, start at the beginning of the journal, and work your way through, one day at a time.)
